I am not sure if my order has been successful?
A short time after placing your order you should receive a confirmation email of your order.
My items were damaged on delivery, can I get a refund?
If your items are damaged please DO NOT accept the goods from the courier. Ask for them to be returned to sender, we will then re-send new items for you.
I want to cancel my order, what do I do?
Please call on 01244 313 337 within 2 hours of placing your order to cancel and receive a refund.
I am missing some items from my order
If you notice you are missing items from your order, please call us on 01244 313 337 and we will investigate and send out the missing items for you.
